How browsing, guide search, technical requests, and email correspondence work at PetSolia.com.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

PetSolia.com is a pet-product guide library. You can read every guide without creating an account, placing an order, or giving us your name. This policy explains the information involved when you browse the site or contact PetSolia by email.

At a glance

PetSolia has no account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Guide search runs in your browser. If you email us, your message and email address are used to handle that conversation.

1. Browsing and searching the guide library

Our pages, photographs, illustrations, styles, and scripts are served as site files. We do not embed social-media widgets, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, maps, or videos that make background requests to other services.

Typing in the guide search box filters the articles already on the page. It does not send the keystrokes to an external search service. Applying a search or category can put your search words in the page address so that the same view can be opened again. That address can be retained in browser history, included if you share the link, and sent to the web host when the page is requested. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the search box.

The company serving this website may receive ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page address, request time, browser information, and error details. Such information may be used to deliver pages, investigate failures, and protect the service. Whether logs are stored and how long they are kept depend on the hosting service and its configuration; this site does not set a universal log-retention period.

2. Cookies and browser storage

PetSolia's own pages do not set cookies or write a visitor profile to local storage. Search filters operate in the current page and, when applied, its address. There are no advertising preferences to save and no login session to maintain. Your browser may cache public site files as part of normal browsing. You can manage browser history and cached files through your browser settings.

A hosting or security service may operate its own delivery or security features. If additional tracking, embedded services, or account features are introduced to PetSolia, this notice will need to reflect those changes.

3. Information you send by email

Our contact address is SmithNicole6916@outlook.com. The email links open your email application; there is no website contact form or automatic message submission.

If you send a message, we receive the sender address, the name your email account supplies, your message, any attachments, and ordinary email routing information. We use that information to respond to questions, assess suggested corrections, investigate reported link or accessibility problems, and keep the context of the correspondence. We do not add senders to a marketing list.

Please limit your message to what is needed. A guide URL and a short description are usually enough to report a problem. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identification, or private veterinary records. If a screenshot is useful, remove names, account details, or other personal information from it first.

The mailbox is hosted through Outlook.com. Microsoft processes email through its own systems; its practices are explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Your own email provider also processes messages under its policies.

4. Use, disclosure, and retention

We do not sell personal information or share contact messages for targeted advertising. Messages may be handled by the email and hosting providers needed to operate the site and correspondence. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed in response to a valid legal requirement or to address misuse or a security issue.

Ordinary correspondence is kept while it is needed to resolve the request and maintain a useful record of the issue. A correction discussion, an unresolved complaint, or a legal obligation may require a longer record than a routine question. We do not promise a single deletion deadline that would apply to every message or to a service provider's backups.

We use ordinary account and service safeguards appropriate to this small editorial website. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed completely secure. The contact mailbox should not be used for highly sensitive material.

5. Your requests and choices

You can browse without sending us a message. If you have previously contacted PetSolia, you may ask about the personal information in that correspondence or request a correction or deletion by writing to the same address. State the address you used and enough context to identify the conversation. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned before disclosing or changing information.

We will consider the request in light of the information we hold and any applicable obligations. Some records may need to remain for security, legal, or unresolved issue-handling reasons. Privacy rights and available remedies can differ by location; this notice does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

6. Children and external links

PetSolia is written for adult pet owners and caregivers. We do not offer children's accounts, games requiring personal details, or services designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has emailed personal information to us, contact the mailbox above so the message can be reviewed and unnecessary information removed.

Some guides link to animal-welfare, veterinary, or other source websites. Following those links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. PetSolia does not control what those websites collect. Links marked as references do not create a PetSolia account or a purchase.

7. Updates and contact

This notice applies to the PetSolia.com guide website described here. We will change the date on this page when its wording or the site's information practices change. For privacy questions or requests, email SmithNicole6916@outlook.com with “PetSolia privacy request” in the subject.
